Privacy notice
This site collects very little. This page says exactly what, where it goes, and how to ask us to change or delete it.
Who we are
Strata Engineering Solutions is an independent structural engineering practice working in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. For anything in this notice, write to info@stratastructural.com.
What we collect, and why
- Enquiry form. Your name, email address, the organisation and project type you choose to give, and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to scope the work you ask about.
- Email. Anything you send to our address, including attachments such as drawings or models, is used only for the enquiry or engagement it relates to.
- Nothing else. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not profile visitors.
Where it is stored
- Form submissions are received and held by our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc., and forwarded to our mailbox. Netlify processes them on our behalf under its own privacy terms.
- Email is held in our business mailbox, provided by Zoho Corporation.
- We keep enquiry details for as long as the enquiry or any resulting engagement needs them, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no cookies. If you choose a colour theme with the switcher at the bottom of the page, that single preference is saved in your own browser's local storage and never leaves your device. If you arrive from a link carrying campaign tags (the utm_ parameters some links include), those tags are kept in your browser's session storage for that visit only, so that an enquiry you send can record which link brought you; they are not used for anything else and vanish when the tab closes. Clearing your browser data removes both.
Third parties
The site is served by Netlify, which records standard web-server logs (such as your IP address and the pages requested) for security and operation. Fonts, images and scripts are all served from this site itself; no other company receives a request when you read a page. We do not sell or share your details with anyone.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@stratastructural.com. We answer within one business day.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. The current version is always the one published here.
